Greetings to all supporters of democracy!
For all who came to the kickoff meeting of HopTonka’s “Elections are for Everyone!” on May 28th at Gethsemane, great to see you all and thanks for coming.
For those who were unable to attend and those who would like a second look, we are hosting a virtual (re)introduction session. We will always offer virtual meetings so everyone can be included. Here’s the information for the upcoming virtual session:

Next Group Meeting
Our next large group meeting will be Thursday, June 25th, 6-7:30 pm at Gethsemane in Hopkins. We will keep the large meeting short and allow the bulk of the time for task group breakouts. Many task groups will be meeting and/or communicating between now and then.
Feedback Requested
Our steering committee wants your feedback on the kickoff meeting we held on May 28th. This will be used in planning our efforts from here forward. Use this link to the feedback form:

Task groups
It is okay for people to join more than one task group, or switch from one group to another. We want everyone to feel connected to what they will be involved with and committed to it. Each group has different timing of tasks and time requirements. And remember, if a role feels too big to carry, we can offer roles that are more manageable. The main objective is to get involved!
Thank you all!
